When creating this project, I focused on the idea of walking to class in the morning and not being the most observant person bright and early in the day. I look down most of time, hence the background of my project being an alley, a crosswalk, and campus sidewalk. The photos show the major landmarks I use in my mind to document where I am as far as distance away from class. My senses are not in full affect at 9 in the morning, so all I really notice is the noises on my journey; mostly traffic and the rustling of leaves. Also, the brightness is something I notice when stepping outside. I chose to use the opacity for every photo because I am not fully awake on the walk and by dimming the photos, I feel it resembles my mood at the time of seeing the objects.
